The basic sanitary hygienic equipment zones should be supplemented by additional accessories, such as shower rods or mirrors. These elements create an individual character of the room. They also, to a large extent, influence the comfort of using the bathroom by a disabled person.
It is recommended to mount the mirror directly above the washbasin in a way which make looking into it possible for a person both seated and standing. BSD offers, among others, a tilted mirror with an angle adjustable horizontally.
When designing it should be taken into account that, shower curtains are much more convenient for a disabled person than a door. A door limit moving on the wheelchair to a large extent and interfere with bathroom activities. Hence BSD offers the highest quality shower rods made of stainless or powder-coated in white.
