Bathroom accessories for disabled people
The basic sanitary hygienic equipment zones should be supplemented by additional accessories, such as shower rods or mirrors. These elements create an individual character of the room. They also, to a large extent, influence the comfort of using the bathroom by a disabled person.
It is recommended to mount the mirror directly above the washbasin in a way which make looking into it possible for a person both seated and standing. BSD offers, among others, a tilted mirror with an angle adjustable horizontally.
When designing it should be taken into account that, shower curtains are much more convenient for a disabled person than a door.
